Wake up your fascia with gentle, rhythmic hydration movements.
Static holding creates micro-tears and activates protective reflexes.
Doesn't address the underlying connective tissue dehydration.
Forces the body into unnatural positions causing stress.
Experts are now starting to understand that your fascia isn't just packaging for muscles and organs—it's a living, sensing communication highway.
With Fascia FLO the tensile force integrates the fascia and restructures it on a cellular level, making it healthier and more functional.
Healthy fascia can even contribute to pain relief by promoting flexibility and proper movement throughout the body.
When fascia is healthy, it promotes:
Unhealthy Fascia
Brittle, matted fibers
Healthy Fascia
Hydrated, elastic lattice
"I love Dreena's classes. Since starting Fascia Flo 3 months ago, I have increased my range of motion, decreased the pain in years old injuries, and just feel better in my body. The membership is great, with live Zoom classes many times during the week, as well as replays when I can make it live. She also gave me additional exercises and flow to target my problem areas."

"I've practiced yoga for years, but fascia flo has me connecting with my body in a unique way. I feel fluid and strong, and like I'm realigning my body in a healthy way. Dreena the instructor is wonderful. She's incredibly knowledgeable, great at interacting with the class while keeping it flowing, and she's so pleasant - it feels like I'm working out with a friend."

Most flos require zero equipment, just a comfortable space on the floor or a yoga mat. Some sessions might use a chair and yoga blocks to offer more accessible positions.
Absolutely! In fact, while traditional stretching gives the false impression of flexibility (which is actually our range of motion), Fascia FLO gently builds true flexibility in our tissues.
Yoga focuses on holding poses in end-range. Fascia FLO guides us through pandiculating movements, which allow the fascial fibres to gently reconfigure. Pandiculation is how we see animals 'stretch', and what we do when we take a morning yawn-stretch.
