Welcome to the FLO Community

Welcome, Friends of Lauren & the BadAss Mother Community

"Lauren says it best: Make the Rest of Your Life the Best of Your Life."

Fascia FLO teaches you how to “speak Fascia” - using specific, engaged movement to transform your tissues from the inside out. No pain - no 'blasting' - no drama. Just movement that feels a little like a workout and a massage at the same time.

Here you’ll find Fascia FLO podcast replays with Lauren, along with sample FLO movements to explore with each episode and/or season.

Ready to go deeper? We’d love to welcome you into the FLO community, with a special offer exclusively for Lauren’s friends.

"I've had tight hamstrings for years from desk work. Traditional stretching never did anything. After 2 weeks of this challenge, I can easily touch my toes and my constant lower back ache is completely gone!"

— Sarah M.

"I was skeptical that 12 minutes a day of gentle, slow movements could work. But my hamstrings feel so much lighter and my running stride has opened up. Dreena's cues are spot on."

— James T.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the app really free to try? expand_more

Yes! You can get started with free introductory resources and beginner videos. We want you to experience the Fascia FLO method and feel the difference in your body before you decide to subscribe.

Do I need any equipment? expand_more

Most flos require zero equipment, just a comfortable space on the floor or a yoga mat. Some sessions might use a chair and yoga blocks to offer more accessible positions.

I'm not flexible at all, can I do this? expand_more

Absolutely! In fact, while traditional stretching gives the false impression of flexibility (which is actually our range of motion), Fascia FLO gently builds true flexibility in our tissues.

How is this different from Yoga? expand_more

Yoga focuses on holding poses in end-range. Fascia FLO guides us through pandiculating movements, which allow the fascial fibres to gently reconfigure. Pandiculation is how we see animals 'stretch', and what we do when we take a morning yawn-stretch.
